Hotel and Restaurant Management is a two-year diploma program offered at GIBST. A student will build core management skills they will use in any industry, but the focus will be on hotel and restaurant operation from the ground up. The student will acquire training in;

• Catering and convention management
• Cooking and food preparation Food and beverage service
• Hotel front office and housekeeping
